This year brought two newcomers to the Crested Butte Mountain Theatre as hosts for this year's Golden Marmots with tuxedo-bedecked Chase Rockwell and gowned Harmony Dawson.  Those two crazy folks cracked jokes and good-naturedly ribbed their fellow actors and actresses as the drinks and laughs were woven together in a fabric of memories.
Each year the hosts share the stage with a few minutes of  recreated scenes from the past season and this year was no different.  Tricia Seeberg and Bruce Eckel brought Dahlia and Preston back to the stage from Hate Mail while Matthew Harper-Johnston brought raw emotions with his strong performance of the Inside Al title character with stand-in actor, Andrew Hadley as Al. Representing the Ten-Minute Plays, Katie Ryan, Drew Stichter, and TJ Hamilton performed in its entirety, Apples and Orgasms.
