Stan Weil  Executive Director
My wife, Janet and I have been coming to CB for the past 25 years, spending up to 6 months a year here. Last summer, we sold our house in NY and are now permanently living in this paradise. We love the Butte and have our family living here.
I have always been amazed at the quality professionalism of CBMT’s productions. I am so grateful for the opportunity to bring my 35 years of business experience in corporate management, advertising, marketing, sales and business development in the entertainment industry to CBMT.
Central to my experience is 15 years with Turner Broadcasting where I was Executive Vice President, Advertising Sales & Marketing with responsibility for revenue generation for TBS, TNT, The Cartoon Network and Turner Program Syndication. I had leadership roles in building TNT, The Cartoon Network and Knowledge TV from the ground up.
My goal is to build on the successful 45 year past of CBMT and engage the community, patrons, volunteers and donors in promoting and supporting the community theatre experience in Crested Butte, while ensuring financial stability and security for CBMT.
What I love about living in CB is all the “ings”-hiking, biking, skiing, camping, golfing and hanging out on a bench downtown.

Ailey Addams Operations Manager - is a graduate from Western State University and has decided to make the Gunnison Valley her home. The beauty of Crested Butte and a passion for the arts brought her to the Mallardi Theatre, where she hopes to be a part of all aspects of the preforming arts. Being taken to both a Drag show, and a production of ‘Rocky Horror Picture Show’ at 11 years old, kick started a longtime love for the culture of theatre and performance. When she is not working on productions, she enjoys reading everything she can get her hands on, and attending all genres of shows and concerts both locally and across the country.
